Welcome to my blog. I am a 2011 graduate from Penn State University with a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders (aka Speech Therapy). Right now, I am working as a TSS helping children with autism and running my hiney off to keep myself in shape until I can go to grad school! I created this blog in hopes of sharing some insight on losing weight, looking good, and most importantly feeling good. I have no training in the field of nutrition - though I have been considering it - or any kind of kinesiology. I am just a girl who likes to eat and work out. Everything I post comes from my experiences - failures and triumphs - and may not apply to everyone.
